ICHRA – HRA Plan

$425.00

Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are experiencing a strong resurgence as a preferred benefits strategy, offering greater flexibility, choice, and cost control for both churcches and employees. This shift was accelerated with the introduction of the Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA)—a modernized plan model announced in June 2019 that transformed how churches can provide health benefits.

The ICHRA represents one of the most flexible and cost-effective options available in church-sponsored healthcare today. Instead of being tied to a traditional group health insurance plan, churches can now reimburse employees tax-free for individual health insurance coverage and qualified medical expenses. This approach empowers employees to select the coverage that best fits their personal needs, while giving employers predictable and controllable benefit costs.
