You’ve chosen to have our team review your existing handbook. Before proceeding, we have 3 questions for you:

• Is your handbook less than 2 years old?
• Does your handbook include state-specific policies?
• Is your handbook between 20 and 60 pages long?

If you answered No to any of those questions, we recommend building a new handbook rather than trying to adapt and update your current handbook. There’s no additional cost, and it’s often a more efficient and effective process.

Our HR Pros would be happy to get a new handbook started for you. Please also know that unfortunately we cannot review copyrighted  handbooks.

If you choose to continue with a Handbook Review, we will send you back your handbook with comments as well as second document with suggested policies. You can then update your handbook with our guidance.
