2025 Clergy Tax Organizer (Fillable PDF)

In order to edit the PDF organizer on your computer, you will need the latest version of Adobe Reader. This product is a free download that lets you view, edit and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Download the most current Adobe Reader. Mac users will need to download Adobe Reader to save and edit. Preview on Mac computers is not compatible.
Your PDF organizer will be available at the end of the enrollment process. If you need to access your organizer later for review or printing, please use the following link.
Important: When uploading to the CyberCabinet, upload only the final version of your organizer. Please do not submit duplicate documents or receipts.
2025 State Worksheet
In addition to the Clergy Tax Organizer, we provide a State Worksheet to help you gather the state-specific information needed for your tax return. Please print and complete a worksheet for your resident state. If you lived in multiple states during the year, complete a worksheet for each state.
The State Worksheet is required and should be submitted along with your other tax materials. You may mail, fax, or securely upload these documents to your CyberCabinet.
