Common questions
About the plan and your order.
What if an employee starts mid-year?
Their maximum benefit is prorated by the months they’re eligible. Monthly allowances can’t be increased to catch up to the full annual amount.
Do I need the HRA Support Plan?
It’s optional. Maintaining an HRA takes ongoing attention to compliance, documentation and administration. The annual HRA Support Plan gives you year-round help with required updates, employee documentation, reimbursement guidance and IRS rules.
Can I return it?
See the Refund & Return Policy tab above.
