Holidays Observed
Clergy Financial Resources observes the Federal Reserve’s bank holiday schedule. If a holiday occurs during a payroll week, please allow an additional day for processing.
If a holiday falls on a day other than your scheduled pay date, payroll must be processed one day earlier to ensure employees are paid on time. For Standard 4‑Day processing, payroll should be run at least five days before the pay date. For Prefunding, payroll must be run at least two days before the pay date.
If a holiday falls directly on a pay date, employee payments will be delayed until the next banking day. To avoid this, you can process payroll one day earlier, ensuring employees receive their pay as scheduled.”**
